The four-team trade that will send Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard to the Los Angeles Lakers is complete, according to ESPN.com. The deal, which also includes the Philadelphia 76ers and Denver Nuggets, will send a variety of assets to the Magic in exchange for their superstar center.
According to sources at ESPN, here's the current framework of what each team will receive:
- Lakers receive Dwight Howard
- Nuggets receive Andre Iguodala
- 76ers receive Andrew Bynum and Jason Richardson
- Magic receive Arron Afflalo, Al Harrington, Nikola Vucevic, Moe Harkless and one future first-round pick from each team
Sources tell ESPN that the Magic will also receive additional pieces for Howard, who doesn't intend to sign a contract extension with the Lakers any time soon. The 76ers also haven't received any assurances that Bynum will re-sign in Philadelphia, but the team is willing to take a risk with the elite young center.
