The 2012 Masters Tournament at Augusta National gets underway on Thursday morning and Denver resident Craig Stadler will be part of the first group of the day. Along with Brendan Steele and Tim Clark, Stadler will tee off at 5:50 a.m. MDT in pursuit winning a Green Jacket for the first time since 1982.
Martin Laird, formerly of Colorado State, tees off as part of Group 18 with Mark O'Meara and Chez Reavie at 9:08 a.m. MDT. O'Meara won the 1998 Masters Tournament.
On Friday, Stadler's group takes the course several hours later than on Thursday with an 8:57 a.m. MDT tee time. Laird is part of Group No. 2 on Friday with a 6:01 a.m. MDT start time.
