The Denver Broncos controlled the game on both sides of the ball on Sunday night, dominating the Saints in a 34-14 victory at Mile High.

The Denver Broncos made a statement on Sunday night at home, beating the New Orleans Saints 34-14 at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. Denver moved to 4-3 with the win, as Peyton Manning and the Broncos offense surged against the Saints, producing more than 500 total yards of offense thanks to a balanced aerial and rushing attack.

Denver pulled away from New Orleans beginning in the second quarter after the Saints had tied the game 7-7 after a Darren Sproles 29-yard scramble early in the quarter. The Saints would make a controversial decision to go for it on fourth down at the Denver 47, with Drew Brees' intercepted pass giving the Broncos prime field position late in the half.

Leading 17-7, Peyton Manning would lead Denver on an 92-yard touchdown drive of the opening possession of the half as the Saints mustered just 31 yards of total offense in the third quarter. The Broncos added ten more points in the fourth quarter before Brees connected with Jimmy Graham on an 18-yard pass as regulation wound down.

The Saints managed just 252 yards of total offense in the game as the Denver defense defensive stifled the New Orleans offense for the majority of the game.
