Winter X Games 2012: Kelly Clark Looks To Add To Impressive Medal Collection

When the 2012 Winter X Games kick off in Aspen, there is little question that Kelly Clark will be one of the favorites in the Superpipe competition. The Dover, Vermont native has won six medals in the Superpipe competition, including two gold medals. Clark won gold at the 2011 Winter X Games after earning the Bronze medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics in the Halfpipe competition.

Clark has been a consistent force in the Superpipe competition, winning medals in each of the past four years. Along with her gold medal in 2011, Clark won silver in 2009 and 2010, while she won a bronze medal in 2008. Clark has been one of the elite snowboarders since she began competing in 1999. Clark made her mark on the snowboarding world after winning a gold medal in the 2002 Olympics in the Halfpipe competition.
