NCAA Basketball Scores And Results: Colorado Rolls To 3-0 Start In Pac-12 Play

The Colorado Buffaloes are off the strong start early in Pac-12 play, and their 71-60 win over Washington State on Saturday improved their record to 11-4 (3-0 Pac-12). An 18 point win over Washington turned heads on Thursday, and the Buffs carried that momentum into the game against the Cougars. Colorado led by as many as 22 points in the second half, and Carlon Brown scored a career-high 28 points.

Colorado State also picked up a win over the weekend, though it was of the non-conference variety: the Rams beat Nebraska-Omaha, 87-63. The Rams had a double digit lead at halftime and never really had much to worry about. Dorian Green led Tim Miles' crew with 21 points.

Air Force picked up a 68-54 win over Chicago State on Friday. Taylor Broekhuis and Taylor Stewart both scored 16 points for the Falcons.

NCAA Basketball Scores And Results: Air Force Wins All-Military Classic; Colorado, Colorado State Win Openers

The Air Force Falcons won the inaugural All-Military Classic over the weekend with wins over the Army Black Knights and VMI Keydets.

On Friday night, the Falcons defeated Army 87-71, though they trailed as late as the midway point of the second half. They used a big 17-3 run that began with 9:22 remaining in the game to put away the visiting Black Knights. Michael Lyons led Air Force with 24 points.

On Saturday, Air Force dispatched VMI, 75-65, in the All-Military Classic championship game. Lyons again led the way for the Falcons.

The Colorado Buffaloes kicked off their season on Friday night against Fort Lewis, and the Buffs won going away, 85-57. Austin Dufault scored 18 points on 8-10 shooting, while Andre Roberson grabbed 15 rebounds against the over-matched Skyhawks.

Colorado State also opened up the season on Friday, though they had to do a little more sweating than the Buffs or Falcons. The edged a competitive Montana Grizzlies team, 63-58. Montana pulled to within three with about a minute remaining, but the Rams were able to close things out.
