Parker Returning To Clemson Still An Option

According to the latest updates by Troy Renck of the Denver Post, all options are “still on the table”. Colorado seems willing to sign Parker and allow him to return to Clemson for one more year as quarterback, thus allowing them to stretch the bonus out to five years.

Parker wanted $3 million to give up football entirely. So if bonus comes in around $2 million, then it’s likely he will play football

It seems more and more likely that Parker’s professional baseball career will have to wait a year while he finishes his collegiate football career.
